Agave Nectar, produced with the best Agaves Tequilana Weber from Guanajuato, Mexico , rich in inulin content, that is a dietetic fiber of great nutritious value. The Agave Nectar, is obtained from the juice that is extracted of penca mature. This juice contains (aside from other components) a 80% of inulin.
By careful enzymatic hydrolysis partially transforms the fruitful inulin into glucose, taking care of that a good portion of fruitful, inulin and glucose so that is a sweet product.
